Gender Talk
Program # 522, August 6, 2005

hosted by
Nancy Nangeroni & Gordene O. MacKenzie

CC Saint Claire, an Australian English teacher by day, and by night, the writer of lesbian romance novels with a penchant for social justice, on her new novel about a female-to-male transsexual.

Once again we visit with the non-trans author of a book about a novel about a transgender person. This time, the novelist is Australian C.C. Saint-Clair, who is well known for her strong lesbian romance novels ‘for the thinking woman’.Recently, she has become fascinated with female-to-male transsexualism, and her latest work, titled Morgan in the Mirror, deals with just such a character.

It has been well received in FTM circles, and we suspect there may be more to CC’s interest than meets the eye!

Thanks for listening!
